Who we are.
Siam Gateway Hub is a long-term residential rental and villa management operation based on Koh Samui. We don't just list properties — we operate them. Every unit in our portfolio is directly managed: tenants, leases, compliance, maintenance, communication.
We are not a short-term holiday rental business, not a marketplace, not a generic broker. We are a focused residential operation — structured, compliant, designed for stability.
How we got here.
Our operator has been on Koh Samui since 2016, working in residential real estate and local operations. After years of observing how the local market actually functions — and how often it fails both tenants and owners — Siam Gateway Co., Ltd. was formally structured in H2 2022 to do it differently.
Since then, we have operated continuously, through every season and every market cycle.
What we do.
We operate two lines of service:
Long-term residential rentals. We lease quality homes and offer them to long-term tenants under clear, legal contracts.
Third-party villa management. We manage villas on behalf of owners who want them professionally operated. The owner retains full ownership. We handle everything on the ground — tenant sourcing, lease management, compliance, maintenance.
Both share the same discipline: structured contracts, proper compliance, responsive communication, quality over volume.
Where we operate.
Our portfolio is focused on the northern and northeastern coast of Koh Samui: Bo Phut (our core area), Chaweng, Bangrak, Fisherman's Village, and Maenam. We occasionally extend beyond these zones for specific mandates when the property fits our model.
Siam Gateway Hub is operated by a small, focused team. We are a member of Skål International, the global professional network for tourism and hospitality leaders.
